MCC Budget Pacer Dashboard
Paste a CSV across N accounts, get traffic-light pacing
Bulk-pace every account in your MCC in one paste. CSV in (account, budget, MTD spend, days remaining), dashboard out — green / yellow / red per account with the projected month-end variance.
- Paste a CSV: columns account, monthly_budget, mtd_spend, days_into_month, days_remaining.
- Each row is paced linearly with a tolerance band (default ±8%).
- Output: traffic-light table sorted by absolute variance — accounts most off-track first.
- Click any row to see the projected month-end spend, the variance in dollars, and the daily run rate needed to land on target.

Why this exists
The "where do I look first?" question is most of the work in agency operations. This tool answers it in ten seconds for the entire portfolio, not one account at a time.
Frequently asked
How do agencies pace Google Ads budgets across many accounts?
Best practice is daily monitoring of MTD spend vs expected spend per account, with traffic-light flags for accounts more than ±8% off track. This dashboard automates that across the entire portfolio so you spot drift in one paste, not 30 separate tabs.
What CSV columns do I need?
Five columns: account name, monthly budget, MTD spend, days into the month, and days remaining. Most agencies pull these from a Looker Studio or Sheets summary; the parser handles tab-separated and comma-separated input and is tolerant of $ signs.
What does "on-target" mean here?
Variance within ±8% of expected linear spend. Above 8% over → over-pacing, below 8% under → under-pacing. The tolerance band exists because day-to-day variance in B2B accounts is normal; only persistent drift is actionable.
